Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen Mango chunks
2 cups frozen Raspberries
1 tbsp Sea Moss Gel
Spring Water
Agave or Date Syrup

Topping Options:
Kamut Flakes
Chopped Walnuts
Hemp Seeds
Fresh Fruits
Chopped Dates
Date Syrup
Raw Agave

Tools:
Blender
Tamper Tool
Rubber Spatula
Measuring Tools

Directions:
Begin by adding the frozen mango, raspberries, sea moss and about 2 tbsp of agave or date syrup to your blender.

Then pour in about ½ cup of water and blend. Use the tamper tool to mix things around or pause and scrape down the sides of the blender.

Pour in small amounts of water at a time in between blending until you reach a thick and creamy texture.

Taste to see if you need more sweetener and add more if you like. Re-blend just enough to mix it in.

Scoop into a serving bowl and add whichever toppings you like from the toppings list and the Newtritional Guide. We added organic raspberries, blueberries, kamut flakes, and hemp seeds.
