Chamomile, Basil, and Sea Moss Relax Tea
Ingredients:
Sea Moss Gel
Spring Water
Agave or Date Syrup
Dry Chamomile Flowers
Fresh Basil Leaves
Tools:
Small or Medium Pot
Strainer
Stirring Spoon
Directions:
Add the chamomile, basil leaves, a few scoops of sea moss gel, and spring water to your pot and boil.
Once your tea is boiling remove from heat, stir, and let sit for a few minutes.
Strain and add raw agave or date syrup to sweeten.
