Returns

We DO NOT accept returns once they have been shipped . At this time our company is very small and most products cannot be resold once shipped due to possible product tampering.

If your product has arrived damaged, send photo/video proof of the damage to alkalinefoodevents@yahoo.com with your order number in the subject line. In the message include your name, order number, email address, a phone number to contact you, and details on what happened. You must include a claim number from the shipping company (USPS) to let us know there is an investigation for your damaged package. 

Refunds

We will refund you if you contact us and cancel your order BEFORE shipping. 

We will also refund you if you complete the steps under Returns if you want a refund for a product damaged during shipping.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will need to complete the steps under Returns in order to receive an exchange. Send us an email at with the information to  alkalinefoodevents@yahoo.com and send your item to:
