Date Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
¼ cup Frozen Raspberries
¼ cup Frozen Blueberries
6 Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 Dates (Medjool preferred)
1/8 cup Agave Syrup
1/8 cup Sea Moss
1 cup Spring Water
Tools:
Blende
Measuring Tools
Knife
Directions:
Remove the pits out of the 2 dates using a knife and put the dates to the blender. Add the sea moss and about ¼ cup of water.
Blend this mixture until smooth. Then blend with the remaining ingredients.
