Ginger Basil Cayenne Digest Tea
Ingredients:
Sea Moss Gel
Spring Water
Agave or Date Syrup
Fresh or Powdered Ginger
Fresh Basil
Cayenne Powder (Optional)
Tools:
Small or Medium Pot
Stirring Spoon
Chopping Knife
Strainer
Directions:
Chop your desired amount of fresh ginger.
Add the ginger, fresh basil leaves, a dash of cayenne powder, a few scoops of sea moss gel, and spring water to your pot and boil.
Once your tea is boiling remove from heat, stir, and let it cool off for a few minutes.
Strain and add agave or date syrup to sweeten.
