Burro Banana Fries
Ingredients:
Burro Bananas
Grapeseed or Avocado Oil
Sea Salt
Onion Powder
Cayenne (Optional) 

Tools:
Deep Fryer or Skillet
Cutting Board
Chopping Knife
Kitchen Towel or Paper Towels
Large Plate

Directions:
Warm up the deep fryer or pan with a few Inches of oil. (Tip: Add enough oil to cover the burros on both sides for faster cooking.)
On a cutting board, cut off both ends of each banana, then slice down the middle lengthwise.
Peel off the skin, then cut into the shape of fries.
When the oil is hot add in the fries and cook until crispy on both sides.
Set your fries to the side on a towel to drain the oil.
Season with sea salt, onion powder, and cayenne. Add Everyone’s Favorite Guac or Onion Mushroom Gravy to make it more of a meal!
