Autumn Cereal Bowl
Ingredients:
½ cup Uncooked Amaranth Grain
1 ½ cups Spring Water
3-4 Seeded Dates
Organic Apple or Pear diced
⅛ cup Walnuts chopped
Dash of Allspice
Walnut Milk (Recipe listed under “Prep”)
Hemp Milk (Recipe listed under “Prep”)
Nutty Butter (Recipe listed under “Sauces”)

Directions:
Make your milk of choice.
Make the Nutty Butter.
Add ½ cup of dry amaranth and
1 ½ cups of water to a small pot and bring to a boil on high heat. When the porridge begins to boil, lower to a simmer mixing regularly until the grain is soft and the water is gone.
Remove the porridge from heat and add agave to sweeten.
Wash and dice an apple or pear. Season it with a little allspice.
Remove the pits and chop a few dates and walnuts.
Top your bowl of porridge with agave, or date syrup, chopped fruits, walnuts, Nutty Butter, and Hemp or Walnut Milk.
